If he had a slow start or was getting ganked or watever, thats one thing. He continuously played like shit. He reset his account, but check his history.

I'm not sure why you think he's a high ELO player, he's always around 700. He has been doing this for years with Venomancer, QOP, and others. He's been banned before but doesn't really care, just waits out the ban then trolls more games. Should hopefully get banned for longer eventually.

The name is really literal. Just plays by himself, not a care in the world.

purposely doesn't ulti in fights when he got stuned and instant killed, come on do you really think it's cool for us to check 20 timestamps and try to found what is bannable?

Onemanarmy is a bad player, everybody know that, he need to improve his gameplay, clearly, he was under level to much and i don't know the first 7/8 min he just run arround map doing nothing, then he tryed to helps but he came late 9/10 fights.

I'm banning him 2 days because he has to stop this, you can be bad but you have to try more and used brain in this game.
Nobody asking you to be a decent player, but going every 1 min fountain to heal 150 mana (the mana you wasted on creeps) and doing most of the time nothng, it's to much.
