Situation: did not votekick someone who was AFK
Why you should be unbanned: Normally when someone is AFK at the start of the game in Legion TD, 100% of that players spawns go to the king and then everybody in the game votekicks that player. When teal claimed that blue was AFK and then initiated a votekick despite the fact that the round ended normally. I said that he didn't look afk to me and red said that he caught all of his leaks I said I wouldn't kick him because red was now extremely fed. If we kicked blue it would have created an extremely unfair advantage for west side potentially handing them a free win. Not kicking blue had no significant effect on the game as was proven by the fact that red had no issue whatsoever clearing all of blues leaks for the majority of the match up until the end, where we nearly lost. The only difference was that if blue did leave after red got fed off of him that it would have been a guaranteed loss for us. Red also knew that, which is why he continued to try to scare us into kicking blue even later in the game despite the fact that he had no problem catching all of his leaks. Otherwise neither me or Hippy420 have ever had an issue with kicking players that are AFK at the start of the game.
Request: Either ban repeal, or an additional rule added for Legion TD Mega that perhaps says that you can't feed off of an AFK players leaks due to the unfair advantage it creates for your team after they get kicked. It also isn't made clear to the other team that the player in question is actually AFK or not immediately.

ban appeal

Re: ban appeal
He was afk for 42 minutes straight. It obviously made a difference at the end where red could not keep up with lumber and holding two waves. Holding six maccabeus with demon sends with one player is kind of hard, wouldn't you agree?
He clearly violated this rule:
The rules obviously state you must kick a rule violator. The fact that red caught the leaks is no excuse at all.
You say it would have been "unfair" to let red get fed from two spawns, but the "unfairness" would have been more than made up for by the fact that the game would have been a 3v4. Plus, if you had followed the rules like a good member and kicked him immediately when you knew he was violating a rule, he would have only been fed one or two extra waves, which, in the long run is minimal.
Anyways since I'm the mod who applied the ban, I won't deny it, but I will say your appeal has absolutely no merit.
Abusing votekick: using !votekick to spam or when the victim has not done anything wrong; also refusing to votekick when a player has clearly violated a rule (note: it is possible for a player to ruin the game by both being new _and_ refusing to learn; in this case votekick may be used, but it is up to the players in the game to decide)
He clearly violated this rule:
Griefing: don't go AFK for excessive amounts of time, especially without telling other players beforehand.

Re: ban appeal
I'm quite sure he's capable of making his own decisions and you both know full well that you should kick AFKers.
