If you check the replay, carefully, and read everything I write, you will notice two things:

1. The rules say:
"do not flame. Don't rage or insult other players excessively."

That word, excessively, is gray. Therefore, it calls for comparison and contrast with every other players text to determine what is excessive.

In this replay, for which I was banned unfairly, you should notice I said this:
" taling: its fine i told him to "

That was me, clearly feeling sorry for the noob red, who said -AR without knowing any better. I was taking the blame for HIS ACTIONS even though Its not my fault he said -AR. Considering that before he even did it, Other players ALSO said -AR

That sounds like SEAGOD and BACON also need a BAN since they are involved with my "insulting" or "raging" as that is what I was banned for.
2. Furthermore,

You will notice some serious profanity in the chat,

ohyalollol: cunt

All of these people need bans for profanity and "excessive flaming". Considering I was banned for saying -AR a few times, profanity is more in the GRAY AREA of INSULTING than the word -AR is.

3. And finally, if you notice,

I helped the titan win that game. I gave good advice and he, listening, wound up winning instead of suiciding. That doesnt sound like insulting, griefing, or anything gray about it. I was an honest reputable player.

Summary:
taling Broke no rules, was less in the gray the every other player, gives good advice to builders and titan.
Also, dont close a thread until a player has defended themselves completely. I am not done defending myself, I can say much more. You close this thread and it looks like you are scared for what I will say next.

So lets pick apart what is good and what is not so that every single game, I can send the same thing to the chat.

You want to BAN me for saying -AR? Then what should I say? you TELL ME what to say, since my area of -AR is too GRAY and apparently cussing all day is not.

So far, this what I gather. Saying the words "fucktard" "nigger" "fuck" "shit" "jew" "cunt" is fine. Wont get me banned. Since I see those words from other players who are not banned in the same game I got banned for saying "-AR".

And saying "-AR" will get me banned. Except for bacon, and other players, who also said -AR and did not get banned.

So far it looks like I am a victim of abuse. I can go around now, saying cunt fucktard jew all day I guess, instead of -AR, since that is what you want.
