Unban Lycan Again

Why you should be unbanned:

Here is my reasoning. I have posted several times here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=23997

I got banned yesterday too for frequent disconnects but wrote an appeal and was quickly unbanned. After I was unbanned I decided to wait the night and not play until tomorrow until things got fixed. I came on today hearing that it was fixed and in my first dota game I D/C instantly. Trying once more, I played a second dota game and had no problems whatsoever. When I went to play my third game, I received a message saying I was banned.
