Banned for losing connection

Realm: euro.battle.net
Situation: ban for stay percentage
Why you should be unbanned: Hello. My situation is bad with percentage of games. But... my computer had problems with connection and software. Now my PC is ready to play and i want to continue ENT gaming on each server like Angel Arena or TTW. Please let me know if there is any chance to be unbanned.

Ill unban you this time, but please get that stay percentage up.
