Situation: banned for connection problems
Why you should be unbanned: Please, could you check this ban again? My brother had problems on his computer connection with the internet and got dropped off. I still won the game and we were on the same team living on the same house (and it was spiking a lot). Could you please unban? There was no reason for him to leave.

Unbanned, but I suggest you/him start using Gproxy/entconnect if this becomes a recurring problem.
