Were you banned before and tried to get past the ban somehow? Say a different account or IP change?

He rolled a bad ip. I can vouch for him, he plays tree tag with me.

I unbanned the bad IP. It will be the only time that i will do this for you. I suggest the option that agreements mentions next time this happens.
