Why you should be unbanned: have explained my situation in previous appeal. really nothing i can do when service provider is doing maintenance work on net. ive been good and gotten gproxy when asked to, so i dont see how i can be blamed for dc while maintenance work is being done

Good overall stay rate, try not to get banned in near future, too many in and recently.
