Situation: I keep getting banned after playing four games per day
Why you should be unbanned: Because my internet connection causes the DC, and also I get lots of "FATAL ERRORS".

Have you ever looked into using Gproxy++ or entconnect? If your internet connection causes the D/C which is obvious, why not try to fix it. If you use gproxy or entconnect you have a chance to reconnect to the game having a longer time to connect then normal. I highly recommend it if what you say in your situation explanation is true. Also if this happens frequently you are also ruining games for other players and thus this may get denied.
