Situation: abuse of mod powers and kick function
Why you should be unbanned:
I was trying to help my teammate (spec) as goblin shredder. There was no reason for me not to. He dies and cries that I blocked him. Typical, but that wasn't my intention. This can be up for debate and is subjective. Child (mod), however, acts like his name and automatically kicks me himself and abuses his power, and not leaving it up for the players as it is done in every other game of dota. The one exception that this should be allowed to be done is if he actually sees a grievance occurring live, but he didn't. He asked what happened. He should not be taking it from another player's word and kicking right away. Just because it is his friend that he queued up with doesn't mean he should automatically take his word.
Bottom line: Check my record and the forums and see if I have had a history of team kill, feed, etc. There is none. Players die in lane together all the time for movement issues.
A 7 day ban? For a kick with a kick now, check later attitude? That's bull****
And if you're a mod playing the game, you can't be picky in which rules you want to enforce. Spec calls me retarded in team chat, and the rules say specifically not to insult other players.

Alternatively, I'm willing to play child in a 1v1. A trial by combat. I lose, I get banned from ENT permanently. I win, I get unbanned, and Child gets unmodded.

yeah up for debate. The debate I have with myself where I decide if it was intentional or not. Hey if my friend lied then u can hold me fully accountable. But i watched the replay... it's obviously an intentional block

do not even try to lie about what you did. you are the one acting childish in that game. i was running away and would have escaped, but you DELIBERATELY ran to me in order to body block me so I would die. all because you were mad that i wouldnt give you MY salve?

your criss crossing movement was a dead giveaway that it was an intentional body block attempt.

the ban is VERY MUCH JUSTIFIED.

learn from your mistake and do not kill your own teammates in the future
