i dont know why i have banned

Warcraft III username: imjoker
Realm: usweast
Situation: banned

im still banned i dont know why

yesterday , when i played game , someone come to my home there was only me
so i notice all of game player i have to afk 5 min .
they said its okay
but i was kicked in game and got banned

Why you should be unbanned: i dont have choice . give me 1 more chance please
