Situation: autoban: left at 174/1743
Why you should be unbanned: When I clicked on the strength hero that is not in dota, but is used in the lod version so the user can have additional skills, my computer froze and would not respond to anything, so i held the power button, resulting in quitting the game.

I just put in a request in the technical support section:
