Autobanned help

Realm: U.S. West
Situation: Autobanex Banned
Why you should be unbanned: We have 2 players with 2 separate computers in our household, Wisp2 somehow got banned due to low stay percentage in gn: [ENT] Legion TD 3.5 Beta #25
and now I try to play on my computer with my UserName: AlreadyDead
says Wisp2 has been banned when i try to play FSA on ENT12.

I am not 100% certain what it takes to be auto-banned, but Wisp2 will no longer violate whatever rules he was in the future if you would be so kind as to appeal.

BTW it appears he was !votekicked in this game probably due to high ping on the internet, which is not common on our network but sometimes comcast messes with us.

I don't want to be raging here but whatever happened to my account? so I can't play via ENT now because of actions made by one Wisp2? Sadly whatever offences were committed are bound to be newbie related as Wisp2 was just tryin to learn how to play, other players were telling him to leave, so he does, now is Auto-banned? Is pretty sad if you ask me, and now I suffer, another computer attached to the same network, using a different name, playing a different map on ENT which doesn't ban players.... What am I to do¿

don't leave games where autoban is enabled. also try sticking with your one main account, to keep your stay rate high. unbanned, try reconnection tools, links in my signature.
