Situation: banned casue my internet shut off
Why you should be unbanned: ok so i joined my first game of this new profile and when i joined things were going smoothly. then right before the countdown was at zero a notice game up saying that i had lost connection to battle.net then i was banned. plz look in to it as ENT is the only place i can play dota.
