reason for ban??

Situation : autoban: left at 1887/2769
Why you should be unbanned: Hello, To be honest i don't quite understand what reason for ban - "left at 1887/2769" - mean. I didn't leave any games. Today at least. in one of the games i was disconnected from the server (not always good internet here though ), so this is probably ban because of this "disconnection". I don't think this is fare to me. I play honestly and don't break rules. not everyone in the world has high speed internet connection. if this due to the above mentioned reason - please unban, if there is another reason - please explain then what "left at 1887/2769" means.
