If you know what you are doing, then setting it up doesn't take longer than 2-3 mins. I made a 9 minute tutorial about it, but showed many steps which you probably already have installed such as flash player. I can send it to you via PM, if you cannot do it by yourself.

Th3-re4per added to whitelist. Please also inform us (e.g. PM me or any other mod/admin), when you leave home again. I would remove it from whitelist then, in case another person tries to use it during your 'absence'.
