On behalf of blec, a friend of mine, I would like to appeal his ban.
He does not fully understand English, and he was unaware that changing accounts can be seen as IP ban dodging.
Furthermore he now realises bug abusing is strictly forbidden and he will not do it again.

@kwaakgeval And that's the problem. We can't investigate the case without getting the information we need. If you can't ask him despite being his friend and posting an appeal for him, well then we can't do much.
