Why are you banned: choosing hybrid during countdown
Why you should be unbanned: I have posted my complaint but met with a personal assault from the highly crass/disrespectful mod isis. the mod that banned me for ent legion td mega #6 is jazzman. the ban was issued for game ruining.
I called hybrid mode at 5 seconds on the countdown. This is was a mistake as I normally announce non default modes well before the countdown.
Of course this is not breaking a rule.

@donewithdota As stated above, you do have quite the games I would expect you to know the rules by now. It doesn't matter if it's hybrid or not the fact is CB is still an option late game. Whether the game is draw'd or not this 2 day ban is a warning for you to get in terms with ENT's rules and not your own.

Hey Jazzman, congrats on becoming a mod. Now learn to read rules when you ban. Otherwise, you are simply abusing your new found powers as a mod. Do not ban based on what you think is wrong but was is official ent rules on game play. Perhaps, take a look at this link above .... you will notice there is no rule to announce mode before countdown starts.
Let me make it easier for you...the current rule states to announce non default mode before game start. I did that with but not as you would like before the countdown starts.
Also, this game went into a draw at 10 seconds due to 2 leavers. As a mod, do you really think it is justified banning a player for game ruining a game that was drawed at 10 seconds? Does that even make sense? This is my first time making such a mistake in over 3000 games...certainly you may have considered a warning before issuing a ban? are you doing this as a personal attack in spite? Your new mod title is a source of great power that does come with great responsibility. Think about it.
Perhaps a more experienced mod with more seniority could review my ban of game ruining. I am request to be unbanned with a warning.
