Why you should be unbanned:

If you watch a replay of it, a character on my team, wisp, was 0/4, 2nd blood, and i tried to votekick out to not ruin game.. Minutes later, he tethered me, and teleported me into the base of the other team to kill me on purpose.. Other team wouldnt kick, and i dont think it fair to leave me in a game that is ruined such that way where he'd just continue to tether, tp, and repeat.

2. You said you votekicked him because he had 0/4?
was he feeding intentional? if not its not allowed to votekick a person just because he plays poorly.

3. You should have stayed in the game to the end, and after that making a ban request for him for ruin the game.

yes.. his first death, he ran straight into juggernaut/ alch and a group of creeps and just stood there. Intentinally feeding.

And if i'd stayed he'd have continued to feed them me intetntionally by teleporting into the base, ruining the game, and ruining my score(which i know isnt hte best, but the point remains)

Actually, if the team decides that a player will not be contributing or they feel as if it's best as if hes gone then they may kick votekick him. Don't make assumptions about our rules, actually read them this isn't the first time you've done this.
