Situation: Banned for refusing to vote
Why you should be unbanned: The player that the votekick was started against was initially 0-1 when multiple
votekicks started against him(3 I believe); I saw no reasoning for this. Same thing when he went 0-2. Eventually he went 0-6(we did kick him at this point) however your bot clearly says not to kick players just because they're new to the game; according to nz.death's post he has 347 games, this was never stated in the game as far as I know. I did not check his stats, nor did I care to do so, he just seemed like a beginner.

I asked what rule he was breaking multiple times and did not get a response. The player was not purposely feeding and I saw no reason to kick a player because he was just bad. He literally died within a stun 100% to dead multiple times to myself and ancient apparition while his lane-mate left him to die.

But yet even when he was 0-5 then 0-6 then 1-6 then 1-7 and running into you guys without even trying to go back, You didnt feel the need to !yes the votekick?

You are banned for two days because of it, You and yellow were the only two not to accept the votekick. When they started the !votekick on his first death was wrong and youll see not many actually voted.

But when he was proving that he was just going to continue to ruin the game by feeding you still felt a need not to votekick him. Maybe you just wanted an easy win which you got after feeding off him.

EDIT : Two of your team even started 3 of the votekicks and yet you still didnt vote, I even told you in-game that he was not a new player, And another one of my team told you he was 500 elo. You dont get an elo like that from been new to the game. It takes alot of games.

I killed him once for FB(100% hp to dead in a stun) and then 1-2 times in a team battle. He did not just run into us for any of those kills I was involved in. I did not see anyone say he was 500 elo; am I expected to read everything in a pub?

After about 6-7 votekicks when he was no less than 0-3, I start to ignore that crap. I do not keep track of my own record generally, especially not my enemies. I could care less if my teammate goes 0-7, same regarding the other team. The point stands that he was votekicked, I don't recall his record when he was kicked. Yet I'm banned for not kicking him?

You're simply angry that I brought up you ending a game for no reason before. Also, it was an easy win either way; you fed me more kills than your "feeder".

Have you watched the replay forma? Dont unban him, He broke the rules, Even his team knew he was feeding. I know you dont like me forma and your doing this to spite me again.

your biased by being in that game i think an unbiased admin should review game and check it before you been since you are kinda of new so ya you may not know fair.

also you'll see his cs and he was kicked at 15 mins in 27 cs isnt bad when end game 28 mins you have 54 cs

Thats nice forma, I dont care if im new, And he was warned in game to vote or be banned, He chose to ignore that. As you can see in the chat log or in game that he know's this and after been told that the guy was 500 he in allied chat type ROFL.

My personal opinion is this, we were all scrub once. There is a difference between someone intentionally feeding and someone who just plain sucks. If we are to enforce kicking people because they just suck then we might as well kick anyone below 1k elo on sight from our team. Seems more abusive to kick than not to. Yeah, it sucks when you have an idiot on your team but it happens. Atleast he was 1-7 and not 0-10 (which I have seen many many times). If kicking someone just because they suck becomes a must, you are going to have quite a large amount of abuse.

I for one think that he should be unbanned. You get shit players on your team, it happens. Yes it sucks but no one has to kick him for being a crappy player. This is a public game of dota, not a HR, not a private game. He obviously wasn't feeding for the sake of feeding.

When players feel that a certain person on their team is dragging them down, they have the right to votekick him and the majority vote rules. On more than two occasions, you were in the way of the final votekick - why you were so hesitant in kicking him I'm not sure. He didn't even really talk that game or let anyone know if he cared at all. So if his teammates and the majority of your teammates agreed to kick him - why not just do it? consider this a warning.
