Why are you banned: Votekick abuse/game ruining
Why you should be unbanned: Justice wasn't served properly. Read my heart touching story below
1100+ LTD games are being played almost exclusively so that the LIHL ruleset is applied. It seems to be "a gentlemans agreement" between the players in the community even though someones might need a reminder about it from time to time. More sportsmanship is also shown in the 1100+ games when compared to the "regular" ones, especially in cases of DC's etc. which create unbalanced teams/uneven odds.
It is clearly stated in the 1100+ rules and in the LIHL rules that should someone pick mercenary they must leave the game immediately. I've witnessed that it is common practice for players to draw the game after the mercenary player quits or gets votekicked if it happens before level 20. Such behavior is fair and sportsmanlike.
So the guy picked mercenary in our team. I notified the opposing team showing good sportsmanship and thought that the common procedure would follow: Mercenary leaves/gets votekicked and the game is drawn, which would have been the fair way to deal with the situation in this case and in many other cases. Games get ruined by DC's, mercenary picking etc. which create uneven odds/unbalance between team (3vs4!). This is frustrating and essentially a waste of time since you don't get to finish the game properly.
After I made it known that mercenary was picked, I prompted all the players in the "all-chat" to draw, to which I received ridicule and mock from the enemy.
Here is a short quote from the enemies reaction/refusal to draw after prompted to draw the game pre-level 20. Note that all other players in the chat are from the enemy team:
Sportsmanlike?
They refused to draw and thus to follow the gentleman's agreement. I knew that we would have won the game had a player on our side picked mercenary or not. Thus I was irritated that It would be a won game lost, 3 vs 4, if the mercenary had been kicked. As they didn't show sportsmanship with their behavior, I decided to be a dick myself against them then - not votekicking out a player on our team which would have created unbalanced teams, would have not resulted in a drawn game and would have ruined the gaming experience even more for our team excluding the mercenary.
So, I ask if does justice prevail here? I admit that I abused the votekick, but I was only "playing the same game" as the opponent. In my opinion the whole enemy team should be also banned for the same period of time I did, if my ban is justified.
You can see the replay for yourself from the first link below and the second link below is to the original ban request. The original ban requester failed only not to show sportsmanship along his team mates but also failed to votekick the mercenary player himself too. I find it ironic that the moderator Hutzu seems to find that somewhat amusing given the smiley?
Quoting from the second link below.
Unbiased/equal treatment towards all the players?
Given the story provided, I appeal that either I should be unbanned or the whole enemy from this specific game should receive ban for the same period of time for ruining the game for my team (excluding the mercenary)/lacking sportsmanship.

PS. Eventually the opponent lost the game at level 20. Even though we had a total noob mercenary (no idea how to build/how to lumber) who could send only like a demon and a kraken for level 20 after our team had saved lumber for 8 levels, when other players from our team sent DD+kraken amongst other shit.
