Are you banned? Ban Appeal Rules Here!

As most of you know, ENT Gaming offers a free private hosting service with lots of available maps (and you can always suggest more in the Suggestions section). Some questions have arisen about users being banned from these private hosted games. Don't worry: if a non-admin user bans you in a private game, you will only be banned from games hosted by that user. You'll still be able to play all autohosted games and other users' private games.

• If you are banned on all ENT hosting bots, post an appeal, before posting your ban appeal, you should also first check why you are banned to provide information on why the ban is incorrect, you can find your ban using Ent Link/Are you banned? or Ban List
  *if you don't remember that game, you can download the replay*
• If you are not banned and can't join the server, so please read the topic Technical Support FAQ, if you still need help make new topic in Technical support Forum
• If your internet goes off for a short time, you should try gproxy++ or ent connect

There are two ways to find your replay.

First way is to go to the Stats tab, search for the game, and then click the Download link. You should then get something like http://s1.entgaming.net/replay/view_replay.php?file=393356.w3g. This link should be copied into your post under "Replay:" (you do not need to re-upload your replay, just use whatever you find).

Alternatively, you can go to https://entgaming.net/findreplay.php, type in your username, and then look in your past few games for the game that you want. You should get a similar link as above.

Note that these automatically saved replays are deleted after a week, so you might not be able to find the replay.

Always start a new topic for your Ban Appeal, don't just add to someone else's appeal.
