[dota] disconnected from a game

Why are you banned: got disconnected while in game due to network issues.
Why you should be unbanned:
It was not intentional and on my other ascounts, i have 99 percent stay rates. This will not happen again.

My aliases are blackhat@useast, fck@useast, stfugetcarried@useast and you can see that i rarely get disconnected and never leave games.

I will unban you this time seeing you have ok stay rate for other accs, but try not to make a lot of new accounts and just play a few games on them.
