banned É!!

Realm:us.west
Gamename:[ENT] DotA apem us/ca #74
Bot username:ENT11
Situation:ban
Why you should be unbanned:I do not know what happened but my computer has a problem in the software
And then I found myself can not log in to the game again because I was banned
Please cancel the ban because I love the game so much I can not stop Played
