Got banned, but need some clarification

Your Warcraft III username: reapers5
Realm/Gateway: useast.battle.net
Why are you banned: using ip changer on smurf account
Why you should be unbanned: Hi, I looked over the rules
1. "The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.)."
2. "Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on the so called 'main' account. Often caused by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offensive equal to maphacking and is being treated as such."
I'm sorry I used ip changer on my smurf account, but that is because I wanted some anonymity when I was smurfing for my friends. As you can see, I never ever used any ip changer on my main account https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/player/reapers5/ . And my main account is the only 1 I care about. I never used ip changer to dodge my bans, because I only focus on my main account (and I try to appeal when my main is banned from dc).
I was not aware there was a difference, I'm sorry I used ip changer on smurf account. I know it's wrong.
The rules above say dodging bans is treated equal to mh, but I never ever dodged a ban, so can you please give me the punishment of the first rule. It says they are two separate rules in the information guide. What is the ban length for using ip changer, but not dodging ban or using third party to gain an advantage? Aren't they 3 separate things?
