so if i have idea if someone is someone afk or not and 75% of the people im playing with aggree i get banned? im not even mad cause if this happened to me id be furious.... but if you dont votekick or comply with team u get banned also? u put me in a lose lose sitiuation i was just following my team i had no intention to ruin anyone elese game... sorry to the guy who got kicked for no reason

So they started a votekick with an assumption that green was afk and yet he spoke openly in the chat.. just because they agree doesn't mean you have to follow in their path. In-fact, someone else from that game didn't do !yes even though ''75% of the people agreed'' simply because he saw and investigated upon this himself, why not do the same? I'd expect you to know our Votekick-System.

yes i know all your rules very well @j4zzm4n i just dont understand why the guy who started the votekick gets a warning for bad judgement and i get banned for 2 days... i was the last person to vote... i wasnt thinking let me research this guy i was crossing and building... i know if someone is afk on my team i wouldnt want the other team to wait 3 rounds before you kick him i honestly thought i was doing a fair thing here.. i had no intention to ruin anyones game

as far as him typing in the open chat i didnt even realize it was him i saw a few !yes realized i was the last person left and said !yes... the worst part is the guy who got kicked even typed !yes to kick i got trolled so bad here... honestly you see 3 people on their team say yes to kick and 3 people on your team say yes to kick are you really doing this on purpose its really a reaction... put yourself in my shoes

The person who initiated the illegal votekick was the OP of the BRQ and we have a policy not to ban them unless it's a case of maphack, that being said, he received a warning for a bad judgement call. Also, not all 3 of their teammates agreed he was AFK since it was yellow whom I spoke of earlier that did not participate in this. Honestly, you had an opportunity to prevent this and given that you were on the enemy team doesn't better this situation. I don't care if it's 1 second or 100 seconds, when you start to votekick someone out of the game especially in a game like LTD, I would expect you to follow our Votekick Rules/System. That being said..

Ban reduced to 4 hours from now, in that time, familiarize yourself with our rules and guidelines including our Votekick-Rules.
