Why you should be unbanned: ok Tuna here. so i wanna say that these biased mods are out of hand. first this whole cafe gets banned for "mh" without any solid proof of anything (some players here are VERY good) and now i get banned for "lane stealing" first of all it should be clear that lane stealing is now bannable within game. i shouldnt have to come to this site to know this. second of all, this guy posts replay and i get a 5 day ban based off the fact i went mid but nothing is made of the fact that this guy refused to help the team. you can see on several occasions he refuses to break windwalk to aid a running team member or help in team fights. if bans are going to be handed out like candy they should go both ways not just because some mods here dont like me and my friends. and btw to F-train, i hear you visited the cafe here when no one was really here. being that you are reasonably close by you should come and see what goes down here first hand instead of just banning some people you dont like over the internet that you dont even know

please link us the general rules and the game specific rules of the game(s) you got banned in, and highlight the specific rule(s) you believe you violated.
You can find them on our wiki.

That way, we can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking us to the rules, we expect you to have read them. Cooperating with us will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

Our bans are all based on concrete proof, and confirmed by another mod. If your cafe was banned because someone hacked, it's because of IP ban which is standard procedure in cases like this.
We do not generally ban OP (read: the person who requests a ban) because it's bad PR. Would you post a ban request if there was a chance of getting yourself banned because of it? I don't think I would. If someone in your game broke rules, you should report them.

it was made clear in the chat hes been banned before also, the chat below says it all was clear and he still think s he can act the way he does he claims it was jsut lane stealing when infact it was 2 vk's telling team i game ruined to make it pass

So you called mid last and then you lie to everyone on your team saying that you called first. Then you started votekicks on a player who didn't break any rules and lied to the other team that he was a game ruiner in an attempt to get him kicked. This is considered game ruining for teammate, and is bannable. I am not biased and I don't ban players for no reason. by the way you wouldn't even be playing right now if I had not unbanned the entire internet cafe, even though there might be another hacker in there that I have to deal with. Why didn't appeal your last ban if your not an mher?

@jacket Let's get this straight, since there's some points that are requiring some explanation:

1st of all - I wonder where did you get that idea from "first of all it should be clear that lane stealing is now bannable within game." when there's no rule stating about anyone getting a lane just because you called it (Yes usually people would play for the best of the team, and allow the best player/skillset/hero to take it, however it is not bannable if 2 persons go mid lane as long as no rules are broken).

EDIT: Rewatched the first 25 minutes, and to be honest, wind runner wasn't game ruining (Mid lane was fine while both of you were there - at the time you mentioned she backed off, around 17 mins replay time, considering the amount of enemies, i can understand windrunner playing safe and not wanting to die there).

So regarding the votekick, do you see/understand those votekicks weren't legit, but abusive as the player dind't break any rule, yes? So as suggested by Haunt, please take a look over the rules (specially the ones regarding votekick), and once you've done so, post here and we can further discuss this. Thanks in advance

i want to preface this by saying that i speak only for myself. nobody that plays from my location should be penalized by any discussion or disagreements that have to do with me unless stated otherwise.

in my screen i did not call mid last. it appeared first. so i wasnt lying. the game isnt perfect and there have been instances where people call mid at the same time but it appears in conflicting orders. im not saying thats what happened here but on my log it appeared first when i checked it. so no, i wasnt lying as far as im concerned. and yes he did break rules. see above. even other players warned him to team play. its in the replay, watch it again without any bias. by the way, you shouldnt have banned everyone at this cafe and nobody had any reason to be posting any appeals. would you apologize for a crime you didnt commit? you need to udnerstand that people pay money to play here. otherwise nobody give a ish and waste their times with nonsense appeals. nobody as this cafe hacks. the computers are set up in a way that doesnt allow people to download and install any programs let alone run them. if a player hacks from home and logs his acc into the pcs here and your bots link the names together is a different altogether that needs deeper scrutiny. i know that takes work and its easier to just ban people and cry hacker. but this is a mods job is it not? again, why dont you come to the cafe and see first hand. thats the easiest way to end that "MH" issue

simply replace lane stealing and replace with VK abuse.

i saw the rules and i still maintain that he refused to help when it was in his power to do so. even allies compliained of this. he also flamed me just as much if not more as i flamed him which i mainly did at the start of game. going by your logic. my mistake was that i didnt post the replay first. but now i know for future reference.

ok so i take the ban. no problem. but why 5 days? nobody actually voted him out and he got mid anyway. why should i be banned for 5 days when he got just as nasty as i did and he can still play?

@jacket Since you already served 1 day of your ban, i will unban you however now that you've read our rules, i expect you not to repeat this same violation (Votekick abuse). If you believe he broke a rule, feel free to post a ban request. "My mistake was that i dind't post the replay first" - Wrong. If a player broke a rule, it doens't matter who posted first (You placed yourself at risk of being banned when you abused the votekick command, so you could still be banned even if you had reported blue for any rule he could have broken).

Regarding mid lane, it wasn't a case of order (He clearly called it way before you):
