Why are you banned: It says Rangebanned for my friends account which is kayels. He has been on warcraft 3 for about 7 years and just created a new account and is range banned? He can join other ent games just fine but not any dota games... I think it's a bug

Actually he can join dota arem guys. It is just apem games that say he is range banned...
