Why you should be unbanned: I was showing my kid how the internet games work and the game started while we were chatting. Once the game started it was heavily lagging because i did not know my internet connection was choked at the moment. I tried playing but of no use. So another team member suggested that i leave. I hope this does not happen again.

Your stay rate is only 67%... implying you do not finish one out of every three games you play. This is very low for ENT standards. If you would like the ban lifted early, you must install one of the following, and screenshot it here for proof. Otherwise, ban expires 14 Oct 2015 12:46:01 EDT.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I have been using Gproxy ever since i started using Eurobattle game warden to connect to online games (YouTD and Dota, mainly). Screen shots are attached for your review.



It might be off-topic, but when I went to validate my account on your website, there are only 4 realms listed (the original warcraft ones - US west, Europe, etc.) while server.eurobattle.net is not listed. Hope someone can look into that as well. On that note, the Ban Appeal wiki > Validate (https://entgaming.net/link/validate.php) states:

You will then receive a validation code that you should whisper on your battle.net account to Clan.Enterprise.

The problem I see is that I could not whisper to that user from within Warcraft as it says the user Clan.Enterprise does not exist. Maybe you guys can look into this to elaborate - where exactly a user can whisper the validation code - or which game client/ realm are supported to accomplish this step.
