i would recommend you:

•ENT Connect is a on LAN connection based reconnection tool (no cd-keys needed).
•GProxy++ (GUI) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net built into Warcraft 3.
•GProxy++ (Varlock) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net with an external prompt.

@BorneGoldenI recommended GProxy in your last appeal. This is your 7th disconnect in the past week. Unless you get a reconnection tool and screenshot it here as proof, the ban will stay. Ban currently expires 2 Nov 2015 15:59:01 EST.

@BornGolden I would suggest you upgrade your network as well. An unstable network will potentially ruin other players games even if you have reconnection tools. For example, if people have to wait 5 min for you to reconnect they may end up votekicking you.
