Don't Know If I'll Be Banned

Why are you banned: Not sure if i am yet, but we were on level 30 and WC froze and I got the attached message. Warcraft has encountered a critical error. We were about to win 31
I cannot believe I wasted almost 2 hours for nothing lol
Why you should be unbanned: If there is an auto ban or something please remove it. Thank you
I attached a screenshot of the critical error message I receieved. I minimized the actual warcraft game and took the screenshot. It won't allow me to re open the game, and once I selected ok, then game closed.
