Why you should be unbanned: Everyone stated they did not want a hybrid game, people were not staying, so the next game could not start,
so we all agreed to votekick red, and draw the game so the next game could start. He was being rude and was gonna do whatever he wanted. I could see if majority wanted hybrid, but no one did. So because dozens of players were leaving and couldn't get to the next game until this one started, we did what we the majority wanted. Voted him out and then drew the game. I don't think any of the voters did anything wrong. red was holding up the queue.

Votekicking red is bannable in this situation. If you stay, you agree to play the mode that he has chosen. He announced it, he is within his rights. Votekicking because of it is bannable.

Link the general and ltd rules and explain why you are not allowed to kick and why red was within his rights to pick the mode.

I won't be doing any such thing. He shouldn't be able to be a douche bag and ruin everyone's game and hold up queue. If anyone should be banned it should be him. This is a team game not a solo game. I will wait out my ban.
