Banned for no reason

Why you should be unbanned: When i try join a Leg TD game it says im banned with nickname McLovin for game ruining. I have played 1 game with that account and definately did not do any game ruining. I can see that the account has earlier been used 4 times playing dota. I have never played dota and probably someone else used the same account before me. Please check my other accounts: McWeed, vercingetorix and you can see i got no dota games what so ever and no complaints of such matter ever before. Dont really understand how I can be linked with someone else; cant you see ppls ip-adress? Please unban me since I havent done anything wrong.

You are currently under an active range ban, thus you may only use your main account macweed to play. If you wish to change a username then let me know. However you will need to stick with 1 account

Actually my bad, someone playing at the exact same IP as you dodged so we banned the IP, however since you are using the exact same IP you are affected as well. Thus you may only use 1 account that has been whitelisted to play. The range ban is not yet active since that user tried to appeal. It will become active if he dodges again

Well i cant change my IP adress even if I ask my isp so really need the IP unbanned to be able to play...

Unfortunately as it stands right now you may only use one account, so tell me the name and realm of the account you wish to use and I will white list it for you

If this is an IP problem cant you just ban the IP from playing dota and leave it open for LTD?
Since i never play dota that would be no problems for me.
