I just got back from traveling and it says I'm range banned when I try to join a DoTa game.

I always played on ENT Connect so I don't log into battle.net. I logged a couple hundred games on LiquidShards although it seems my stats have been erased.

I haven't used another account in over a year and my last account then was SupplyDepot.

The last time I played was just over 4 months ago. My account was never banned.

I don't play any other games on ENT besides DoTA.

Regarding the rangeban, a game ruiner was found dodging (You might remember him "2ez, undefeated") so a rangeban was placed to finally deal with him so that he no longer ruins games.
