Why you should be unbanned:

Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.

You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.

As you can see i read the votekick rules again and i believe the guy who refused to draw was ruining the game both teams.

I think you should change the rules so you have to !draw if the majority of the players on both teams want to draw on the seccond / third wave because the game was ruined by someone. Or maybe make it so that if 6 of 7 people on a game !draw the game draws. So things like this are less likely to happen.

I understand the guy wasnt obligated to draw the game but he was still ruining the game for the rest of us. I hope you can see the point i'm trying to make.

What makes someone a game ruiner is explained in detail in our rules. If he breaks them he can get kicked. As there is no rule about drawing he wasnt ruining the game. He didnt broke any rules. I know it sucks when a game dont get drawn after someone left that early. But thats how it is at the moment, you can post a suggestion about you thoughts on !draw-vote.

Your point is still nothing else then a violation of the rules. I hope you understand now when someone is allowed to be kicked and when he's not.

Yep i've read the rules for game ruining and i feel like there arent enough rules in there.

But ill keep to those rules and not use my own personal opinion again.

Anyways i've searched on the forum and seen that barrydebarman got unbanned,he got banned for exactly the same reason so i hope you will unban me too.

Yes he appealed his ban too. Now that you seem to understand what you did wrong i will unban you. Please keep all rules in mind. It's never legal to kick someone when it is about drawing, so never do this. It's simple isnt it.
