I refuse to play games (Warcraft IIIr Starcraft,League or anything else) until I get answer from both of them.

@TheFallenone Ok, allow me to explain to you one last time.

Your initial reasoning for votekick is based on MH. Let's take into the fact that 1. Determining if the MH is legit or not, is something you do after games. 2. Kicking someone based on MH isn't valid because it can't be verified, especially from the other parties of that game. Taken specifically from the ENT-VK rules:

Maphack can only be confirmed once the replay is reviewed after a game. Therefore, it is invalid to initiate a votekick on someone solely due to suspicions

Let's move onto the actual votekick protocol, starting with this line most of all -

Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.

A Titan's objective in Island defense is to kill the bases and builders in the process. Was he not doing that? This is just on his gameplay alone. Was he doing anything like AFK'ing, stalling, or even flaming? No. He was being what every titan is. As I've explained to someone else in this similar situation, you don't take into account that a titan has resources available solely to seek out and scout the map like pearl of vision or if someone dies before the 3 minute mark, a potion of omni which is a consumable only given early to reveal the entire map which he tried to tell you in-game also.

Is that following ENT votekick protocol? No. It's a bunch of players blindly kicking a titan out of the game with complete disregard of their own actions and how it affected his own gaming experience. The player in question found it bothersome and reported you guys for kicking him out of a game he was playing with no real reason whatsoever.

So following all of that, I conclude this with -

You are responsible for your own vote. Voting for something means you agree with it. You are accountable for what happens with your vote.

You held a responsibility as a citizen of ENT to conduct your own investigation and insight into this situation, you did not and proceeded to votekick another player without any real reason and because of that, of course, you were punished accordingly by a moderator of ENT, that of which being myself.
