because i did cooperate, was reported out of pure rage from player known to be toxic and abusive:

I went phantoms, I missed lvl 1 send as i had to walk away from computer for few seconds. When cameback my team sent warriors. I did not refuse to send I just missed it. For the lvl 2 send, I solo sent ONLY because i needed 6g for 3rd phantom, as enemy team did not leak to the king. If enemy would leak to king I wouldnt send. I explained that to person who reported me "undeadkingpr". If I was refusing to cooperate, I would send any level I wanted, but this was a complete miss-understanding at lvl 1.

You should know better than to AFK in a team-required game like LTD especially in it's advanced tier 1200+. I banned you only 12 hours because it was a team effort that very well could've changed the outcome for that game. Do you understand that?

Also, please go over to our wiki (Redirect in my signature) and find the LTD rules, read them, and paste the link of which you've read so I know such has been done. Doing this will increase your chance of appeal by proving further cooperation.
