Thanks @radiantcrystal but what is a rangeban? Did i do something wrong? What is a white-list? Sorry im fairly new to all this..

Rangeban is a ban that is applied to a group rather than individual so that those individuals cannot simply change their IP and dodge their bans.

Whitelist is a way to allow non-guilty persons to still play despite the rangeban.
