Why you should be unbanned: I was white-listed earlier but I logged in and wasn't able to join games. (Banned, reason range-ban. TID-51863)

We are working on clearing the list due to the staggering amount of white-listed accounts, white-listing process will be temporarily unavailable in the coming days. Once we finished working on clearing the list, we will look into your case(s).

You may also request the range ban to be removed.
