We are working on clearing the list due to the staggering amount of white-listed accounts, white-listing process will be temporarily unavailable in the coming days. Once we finished working on clearing the list, we will look into your case(s).
You may also request the range ban to be removed.

There hasn't been an exact estimated completion date yet however I would say no more than a couple of days

@MaCR7in rangebans are not quick or simple unbans, sorry for the inconvenience but we look to re-whitelist in 1 or 2 days.
