Why you should be unbanned: i am a convicted mher, but this ban has been unjust.. in game i am banned for capturing runes or using bottle before i see rune but it plainly shows i missed runes and empty my bottle several times before seeing it, maybe just once this game but others i most always use bottle before vision of rune i havnt cheated in dota since feb 14 please unban me

Just kidding. This was a triple confirmed ban -- and, more importantly, confirmed by agreements. Unless @agreements changes his mind about it (which I doubt), your ban will not be lifted.

Not to mention, you had ample opportunity to voice your position in the ban request and it doesn't look like you are saying anything new.

Appeal denied, but I'm leaving this open for agreements to make the final decision.

Seriously, I find it hard to comprehend your game play.
1. Why do you Risk losing all 3 bottle charges prior confirming Rune locations?
2. How could you be able to ambush Single targets safely without fearing other Enemy heroes in their Neutrals.
3. Why did you break your wait for Ember the moment he TP-ed away from his Hideout in the woods beyond Scourge Top Tier 1 Tower.

Bottle Incident - Did you know that such an act of Emptying Bottle prior Vision is never acceptable assuming you are in a League game?

Ambush Incident - All Enemy heroes were missing, and prior this hook Phantom Lancer was never visible.

Ember Incident - Immediately after Ember's departure, you showed yourself in lane. You could have thrown a blind hook into the woods and some suspicion of this would be eliminated. However you did not attempt and did not do a random search in the woods.

its a good thing i dont play leauge games is and i ambush targets whom like that cause im a psychopathic pudge and dont care if i live or die my kd is usually even cause i just dont give a fuck i dive towers use bottles even tho same replay you watched you saw me empty bottle then miss a rune ?? i had no vision of that either

I think for your appeal to have some effect, you need to explain instead of stating you are a random Pudge and performing actions without reasons behind them.

It's ultimately Agreement's decision to decide for this appeal although this should be indisputably non-appealable atm.
