Why are you banned: Votekick Abuse
Why you should be unbanned: They only time's I have used votekick are when someone has been AFK or trolling and the entire party / team has decided to use Votekick. I have never used it to gain an advantage, alter a game outcome, or troll. I would also like to note this is the firs time I have been banned. I would ask kindly that you lift it so that I can play some legion TD tonight

Looking at the chat, I can see what happened now. But that must have been on allies chat. I was on the other team, and then the guy who was eventually kicked started flaming in all chat. Someone on the other team initiated a votekick and I thought since everyone was voting yes that I should also since I saw the guy flaming / potentially trolling. If that was out of line, I am sorry but it was an honest mistake.I hope that since I have already served a portion of my ban and this is a first offense I can be reactived soon.

Please note that just because the majority was voting !yes, doesn't mean that the person was actually violating the rules. I will unban you, but please be more investigative in the future to make sure the person is actually a rule violator. Thank you
