Why you should be unbanned: I feel this ban is unfair for a number of reasons. Firstly why, I had no intention to lose this game I already explained why i was pushing wood to beat a double cross after our send failed. Also there is no rule against me spending gold on wood. The only reason why I went 7/12 was clearly to set up for late game play as I figured they'd have around the same wood. Also i had the same value as the rest of my team so should they get banned as well? I can see how 7/12 was a bit excessive, but up against a double cross I knew we needed something durastic to win and as i had the same value as rest of my team. It's not like i just hoarded gold and didn't build or started selling towers to purposely throw game, i was attempting to get a edge by having more lumber. After 15 i clearly told them I was gonna push and no one disputed this. So why was i banned for pushing lumber i feel this is totally unfair as i broke no rules. I disagreed with my teams play but still sent when they wanted and didn't rq or sell all my towers which would be game ruining i was trying to play and win as i always do. Reflecting on the replay i should have probally stayed 7/9 or 7/10 but I even built when i figured they'd send another 400+ value and my total value of towers was the same as my team, and i almost held 17 even with their send. So how can i get banned for trying to win i don't understand and broke 0 rules as all i did was spend gold on wood to try n catch their crosses. May I please have another mod or admin review this as I do not agree with amnons decision. ty for your time

I also just want to add that even if I spent all my gold on towers instead of lumber that we still would have lost on 17. So me pushing actually had 0 effect on the outcome of this game as we still would have lost.

Sounds like throwing the game to me:


1200 games played and approximately 1400 elo - you should know better about pushing 7/12. Pushing to 7/12 made absolutely no sense, especially since your team had little to no siege making it very important that you build to at least attempt to survive 17. The only reason that you were not banned longer is because I recognized that you had little to no chance of surviving 17 even if you had built - further makes pushing 7/12 pointless (no use in pushing if you are not going to survive to use the lumber).

Please do as @arii has asked.

Let me be clear i had no intention to throw this game. I pushed lumber for one level after our send in the attempt to win later on 20 or after. 5 days for this is ridiculous as I had no intention of purposely throwing and had the recommended value of towers. I tried explaining above numerous times why I pushed and I even built when I figured they were sending. All I did was try to set up for late game and I get banned. This is really unfair when all I did was play and try to win. Even in your spoiler I say that I'm going to push and no one on my team disputed this. I also had no siege so made another tok when I thought they were gonna send. Yea i have alotta games and i even said that after watching the replay 7/8 or 7/9 was probally what I should have done but heinsight is 2020. Can i please have an admin review this @jabba as i still feel i haven't broken any rules and 5 days is just absurd for me pushing lumber. I have a very good reputation on ent and would never throw a game on purpose as I always try to win. So i feel that your opinion of me "game ruining" was unfair and don't know what I could copy and paste from the wiki page as all i did was push wood which is not against any rule. So again may i please have an admin review this and get a fair ruling please ty.

I look into ths when im sober. @Arii if you like you can haandle it. I dont care, no one can request a certain mod/admin to review stuff except if it got issues then he can get an admin review.
Otherwise a second mod to review it is fine.

Guess no one else gonna review this. Such a shame i get 5 days for upping wood from a mod who has a terrible reputation. Oh well guess ill just take my 5 days very disappointing.

You still did not paste the rule that you broke. If you wish to wait it out, then your ban expires in 2 days, otherwise, I suggest cooperating and pasting the rule in order to get through the appeal process.

After reviewing the game: He had a point and no TK intentions with his push. Please note that overpushing isnt really a good solution when you dont have a hold. Reconsider your tactics maybe.
After all this would just be worth a refusing to cooperate ban, as his intentions werent TKish.

So @masskrakens please head over to the wiki and re-read our rules, going full push when your team dont want you to in these circumstances is considered refusing to cooperate, even if you didnt planned on killing your team.

Ban reduced to 3 days, making it expired by now.
