1) No proof of game ruining besides two death early on in an axe lane nonetheless. At time when votekick was initiated, I checked top and noticed no sign of intentional game feeding. Only saw Zeus maneuvering around his own tower. Guess every time someone goes 0-2 that is enough for a votekick? Okay, lesson learned. Ill start initiating vote kicks more often.
Furthermore, one allie on their own team had no clue what was going on either and he can actually see their chat!
2) Nonvotekick ban after only ONE attempt at a votekick? So we're suppose to assume that they're still having a problem throughout game? Guess I'll have to start initiating votekicks repeatedly til the person being targeted is removed from game.
3) These thinskinned noobs need to learn how to use !ignore. If every small little bantering is considered a flame than lol.
The example zardoz provided of a taunt is also laughable given the fact that corvi was the one who began with the autistic comment. Say what? Did that shock you? Guess you didnt bother actually watching replay/reading chat log. Funny thing is, if you consider firialis comments flaming, then you might as well ban zardoz and corvi for retaliating in kind too.
4) Zardoz: Then admits to his intentional feeding, calling us dumb for not kicking him.

^ Fairly confident firialis was referring to techie and again, this is almost 7min after the one and only initial votekick. They didnt try gain, so you're suggesting we assume they want to votekick their teammate still?
5) The only actual feeders in this game was MY teams jugg 1-8 and axe 5-13, who repeatedly went into enemy territory alone to be ganked to death.
** EDIT to include, 6) Sure, firialis made those comments about techie pick being retarded and suiciding in ALLIE CHAT, but who hasnt heard that before! Quite a few people get mad at their allies pick and start talking smack a lot. It doesnt mean they actually will throw the game.
I had a better outline of reasoning why this ban was funny, but it got destroyed by being logged off and losing the draft.
