Why are you banned: I got banned for control of hero on team / item destroy
Why you should be unbanned: I did not know that I was even shared during the entire game. If teal got ported to fountain and it shows me as doing it, I don't know what to say. As for item destroy on my ban; I was desperately trying to get a force staff and I thought clicking the force staff recipe gave me the entire item. Some items do that, or I am just a noob and didn't have enough gold for it or something. I try each and every game that I am in; sometimes I fail spectacularly or sometimes I do well. It varies. I had called for help to bot during the entire game and tried to forfeit, but got no response from team the entire game. They had superior heroes to mine and teamplay. It was very frustrating and left me with virtually no gear at the end regardless of what tactics I tried. Thank you for your consideration.

General Rules

Do not spam chat during games.
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).
Any form of votekick abuse.
Do not ruin the game on purpose:

Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.

Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.).
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, stream sniping, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being is not allowed.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.

The rules pertaining to me that I feel I broke are do not flame/rage, and my ban was under the category of Do not teamkill, Do not feed or suicide on purpose. I didn't feed or suicide on purpose, they had 2-3 players that could one hit me at a moments notice and I had called for help with my lane for most of the duration of this short game, of which none ever came. I sold the little items I had in a vain attempt to garner a force staff, which as the replay shows did not work out because I died again before I could afford it and was unable to get to the jungle to get any gold. It shows me teleporting teal to the enemy fountain in the replay I guess, but I hadn't realized that teal had even shared me or used the courier. He and I were arguing so I don't understand why I was shared in the first place. Thank you again for your consideration!

And not to waste your time, but if you look under just SmallLandMine@UsEast previous LOD games, they are all evenish as for K/D/A. As I intend to play normally every time lol

You broke 2 very serious rules in 1 game, and 2 "average" rules.
How can we trust that in the future, when you run into similar situations, you will not repeat the same offenses?
And if you do repeat them, what do you think your penalty should be?

After all the talking we did in the chat, and considering you have many games and very few violations, also considering your cooperation and very good behavior, i decided to reduce your original ban duration from 12 days, to 5 days. Since you already "served" 2 days, this means you will be banned for about 3 more days.
How does that sound to you?

The reason i do not feel comfortable in removing it completely, is simple. The severity of your actions was enormous. Not only towards the game flow, but towards the player you teleported into the enemy's fountain.

I would also like to point out, that you really need to remove the racist commends from your vocabulary completely when you play on ENT.
Same thing about abusing the votekick for no valid reason.

Sounds fair to me and I appreciate working with you. I do need to severely limit my vocabulary and not take out any frustrations in my gaming on Clan ENT games. Thank you for working with me FalenGa!
