Since i reviewed this game earlier today as well, might give a bit of information about it:

In all 3 votekicks started during this game, you never voted on any of them, and although i can understand if you state "But i coulnd't see if he sold his items or not", you had at least an entire team voting him out (2 players said he sold) + you killed necro mid after he had sold his items, so you most certainly saw necro mid feeding, and without items, so you had enough evidence by this time to votekick him out, yet you didn't.

Now, i'd advise you to check the wiki and read both General & DotA rules (specially the ones regarding votekick, which is the one you violated in this game), and paste them here so that the moderators can ensure you read them.

In the future, can moderators trust that when a votekick is started, you will investigate if the votekick is legit or abusive, and vote accordingly?
