GAME MODES:



CLASSIC MODE:

Tom's team:

When game starts you chose from 6 different cats.You need to build base, harvest cheese and lumber, hunt all enemy mouse and kill them. When all mouse are dead you win the game. If you get killed you can revive in your main building for cost of some gold and lumber.You lose if all players from your team are dead.

Jerry's team:

You start game like 1 mouse, you need to make base quickly and surround it with barricades so cat cant reach you. Then you need to harvest cheese and lumber, make strong army and kill all cats.Remember cat can revive, so it is the best to destroy cat's main building. If you get killed your friends can save you by attacking cage where you will be captured.Cage is always located at the center of the map.


Commands:

-tk "on/off" (team kill on/off).
-name "text" (change your name)
-ms (curent speed of your cat or mouse).
-tp "on/off" (tips on/off).


MINI GAME:

Objectives:

- Get enjoy kills to win the round.
- Spells, random weapons and powerups will help you to win.
- If you die you will be revived in 10 seconds.

Point System:

- Kill = +1 point.
- Victory in the round = +3 points.
- You can check your points by looking at cheese (gold).
- After rounds are played, player with most points wins the game.


Powerups,Weapons,Traps and Gifts:

- Rocket = random weapon.
- Cheese = +1 cheese(point).
- Rune = random powerup.
- Gift = can be negative or positive (if positive gives major bonus).
- Bear Trap = trap that deals damage (avoid it).
- Burning Pig = deals damage to nearby units (avoid it).

Do you know that our group play it more than 3 years?

In my opinion, it is not best version of that map,
And i was very disapointed, when i see at loading screen "original map"

Original is chinese versI
I played with them and i talked with them. Trust, i know all about it.

If you want some history, I will tell you.
First of all, some chinese mapmaker Scarb, wanted to create on warcraft map, like on sc1 where you escape by proba from zerg, and build pilons like a walls.
Prototype of mice was illidan and prototupe of cat was pudge.

then, closer version 1.40 they were changed to mice and cats and new mapmaker started to help Scarb. It was Redboy1996

At the time when 1.40 appeared, the chinese platform, analog Garena, was down for some time, and Scarb and Redboy1996 played on garena.
In this time (november 2009) russian mapmaker Scryer translated this map on russian, and this map succesfully started travel on many servers, like rubattle.net eurobattlenet, and so on.

When chinese platform was fixed, they left us and continue up version. there were 2 mapmakers more who contined Cat Catch Mouse, and Ben is working on it, and now original version is 3.60 by Ben.

There were many makemapers in Russia who desided to change 1.40 version.
So why there are a lot of fake versions.

Our group in garena (Id 444) played 1.40 till we find chinese ccm(jan 2012), it was shock to them and to us. At that moment they played 3.50

Slowly, but we leaving to play on 1.40 and cr8ed 1.40 with some new game elements and cat from 3.50 and called it 1.40AA. We mostly play this version.

But it is on garena. On europe and rubattle.net appeared rg-bot and it is hosting own versions, they are not bad for new players, but not for us.

So sadly that we hadnt support english language at the map.
And so sadly that Freeze built version in wrong way.

I hope, he will change it after reading it and looking some our videos and maps. And will join to us.

"Tom and Jerry" is based on "cat catch mouse" map........Tom and Jerry is not edited CCM it is totaly new map, so gameplay dont need to be same...and Freeze is original maker of Tom and Jerry....If you like more CCM then you play it....In my options it is poorly made, ugly,with bugs and unbalance....Most players think same becouse Tom and Jerry is more played and far more popular than CCM....... tnx for comment
