I was playing angel arena and I asked if any one wanted fist's or not, and someone says "no, it's the clan rule's" then i asked where does it say you can't? he said "you have to ask an admin to get the info". So I looked on the site and could not find where it says that, and my thought is if it's not written on the clan's site then it does not apply, unless voted for it not to be used.

There are no rules about this, you can vote on it in game.
