I think you guys ought to try playing some RNR. I put it on the bot to host, I was previously using makemehost.com... no real difference as far as I know. Anyways, it used to be more popular, particularly on USWest where the clan that made it resided... the guy that used to update it retired from WC about a year ago so it's been stuck at 1.15 since. A bunch of versions (1.00 to 1.14 or so) were rendered unplayable by WC patch 1.24 I think.
It's basically a 3 way dota...but I never liked dota, but I have always liked RNR... but you can get multiple heroes...1-8 depending on game setting. You can upgrade your city, increase/improve the units that spawn, you can get peasants to fix things/build towers.
I still like playing it but it's hard to get a game since so few people want to try something new, and many that do come leave after like 5 minutes because they don't know what they're doing...even though I explain the most important rules.
Basically I find it much more interesting and intense than dota. Rather than stick with just the 1 hero, you have to decide whether to upgrade existing heroes or buy new ones. There's racial bonuses if you get 4 (then 5) heroes from the same altar, you can pick random and get 1 or 2 bonus items per hero, and if you get 4..or 5 (I forget which) random heroes you get a different bonus for that as well.
If you like dota, you should try it. If you dislike dota (like I do), you should try it.
I'm not entirely familiar with your bot, just enough that I added the map and hosted it...I don't know if you can already get it from the database... if not, use http://s7.zetaboards.com/clanrn/forum/7696/ to get it from the creator/caretakers's site...it was recently re-hosted when I asked about it.
