As if ; the NJ bot location was terrible for us back in the west coast . Perhaps a bot in Texas or somewhere both coasts can get a relatively good connection?

I do not agree with this, a bot in the middle of US will cause EU players to have terrible lag. I am a massive castle fight player, so I don't have an alternative to play on an EU bot.

I can't host with ANY bot now, and the clan channel on East seems to be down (restricted). I guess I had took for granted the services you guys provide. WC3 is dead to me right now without you guys.

Eu locations have their own bots, I believe in Germany.. So as long as you play your games in eu bots you should be fine...

This is not true, not all autohosted games have an EU location. Moving the servers further to the west in USA would cause even more lag for us.
For public games we do have an option to play on EU.
